ASGCU Branches
The Associated Students of Grand Canyon University operates through four primary branches, each designed to fulfill a unique function in advancing our mission to serve students. These branches work collectively to amplify student voices, foster leadership opportunities and support campus initiatives. Learn more about the purpose of each branch below and meet the teams behind them.
Executive Branch
The Executive Team is comprised of the ASGCU President, Vice President, Chief of Staff, Secretary of Initiatives and Speaker of the House. The Executive Team is responsible for overseeing all the planning and organizing of ASGCU events and programming.
Legislative Branch
The Legislative Branch is comprised of the ASGCU Senate, the Elections Director and the External Affairs Director
Operations Branch
The Operations Branch is comprised of the Internal Affairs Team, Event Operations Team and the Communications Team.
Initiatives Branch
The Initiatives Branch is comprised of the Freshman Class Council, First Generation and ASGCU’s Sustainability Team.
